DNA Inspirations, Inc.has created a series of products for individuals, groups and organizations. The following are our programs from whence the products can be purchased individually or in bulk:
Refund Policy: There are NO refunds. Defective or incorrect items must be reported 5 days after delivery. Please send picture(s) of the item in an email to: info@dnainspirations.com and we will send you another bracelet free of charge.
Custom Orders Policy: All bracelets come in one color with the words and background. However, any of our 200+ titles may be created specifically with your very own color of words and color of background. There is a ‘one’ time set up fee. There is a maximum of 15 letters per bracelet. If you are requesting to change colors on a bracelet title already available on the website, then that will be considered as a custom order and will be charged a one-time set up fee.
